* Students need to carefully read through the course list before choosing the subject that he/she wants to register before filling the LA: . LA will be requested to be signed after the student is on the nomination list.
7. Application Procedure
HUST students are requested to submit the application (all documents merged into 1 PDF file) at eHUST portal before 2 pm, 30.09.2023 (Vietnam time): eHUST/Hợp tác QT
External Affairs Office (HUST) will contact students who successfully submitted the application for further verification/interview (if needed).
HUST students in the nomination list will be informed on 15.10.2023
